NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ORDINANCE
Pursuant to West Virginia Code §8-12-18, the Town of Pineville, West Virginia hereby gives legal notice that on NOVEMBER 26, 2024, at 6:00 PM, a public hearing to be held on the proposed “ORDINANCE REGARDING MUNICIPAL SALES AND USE TAXES” at Pineville Town Hall, 296 Appalachian Hwy, Pineville, WV 24874. Copies of said ordinance are on file at Pineville Town Hall for inspection. Interested parties may appear at this meeting and be heard with respect to this proposed ordinance.
