The structures listed below are dangerous to the life, health, safety, and welfare of the public or any occupants. The structures are damaged, decayed, dilapidated, in disrepair, lacking maintenance, unsanitary, vermin and/or rat infested, and are thereby unfit for occupancy. Each has been the subject of previous notice(s) of violation, without remedy.

Each listed owner of record is ordered to appear before the City of Mannington Municipal Court Judge, on Thursday, December 12, 2024, at 9:30 am, at 206 Main St. Mannington, WV 26582, to show cause why the city should not be granted an order to demolish the structures, with all costs assessed to the owner of record.

IN RE: DISSOLUTION OF THE BRENTON PUBLIC
SERVICE DISTRICT

Notice of Proposal and Hearing

Please take notice that the Wyoming County Commission shall hold a hearing and take evidence on the proposed dissolution of the Brenton Public Service District on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, beginning at 9:30 a.m. in the County Commission Complex located at 911 Cedar Street, Pineville, West Virginia, 24874. The proposed dissolution would take place at the time of the issuing of Substantial Completion of the “Town of Pineville: Brenton/Baileysville Waterline Extension Project” and approval of said dissolution by the Public Service Commission of West Virginia. Until such time, the Brenton Public Service District will continue its usual operation.

All persons residing in or owning or having any interest in property in the territory of the Brenton Public Service District may be heard for or against the proposed dissolution. A copy of the Order proposing dissolution of the Brenton Public Service District is available from the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wyoming County, West Virginia, located at 911 Cedar Street, Pineville, West Virginia, 24874.
