The object of the above entitled action is a Petition for Partition of Real Estate by Sale of the real estate owned by the Estate of Carolyn Fontana, their heirs known and unknown. Plaintiff, by verified Petition, state that they do not know whereabouts of the Defendant, Virgil Light, their heirs, successors or assigns.
It is ORDERED that Defendant, their heirs, successors or assigns, appear and serve upon Laura Richmond Moye, counsel for Plaintiffs, whose address is 112 Main Street Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the Petition filed in this action on or before January 16, 2025; otherwise judgment by default will be taken against them. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office in Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
