It is hereby ordered that ASHLEY NICOLE HAMMONDS serve upon JAMES RAYMOND HAMMONDS, Circuit Clerk’s Office, whose address is 912 COURT STREET N., LEWISBURG, West Virginia, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition For Divorce filed in this action on or before JANUARY 28TH, 2025. If you fail to Answer the Petition for Divorce, a judgment may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
