Notice of Public Hearings
The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Mining and Reclamation, 601 57th St., Charleston, WV 25304, will hold a Show Cause Hearing starting at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 on the 3rd Floor in the West Virginia Conference Room No. 3001.
The purpose of this hearing is to show cause why Permit Number U070700 located near Pineville in the District of Center in Wyoming County issued to Pinnacle Mining Company, LLC of West Virginia should not be suspended or revoked and associated securities forfeited by Harold Ward, Secretary of the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection. This hearing was requested by Pinnacle Mining Company, LLC in response to Show Cause Order No. 2220.
