PUBLIC NOTICE OF SUBZONE APPLICATION
FOR FOREIGN-TRADE
ZONE NO. 240
The West Virginia Economic Development Authority, Grantee of Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ) No. 240, has applied to the Foreign-Trade Zones Board requesting to establish a new subzone on behalf of Premium Guard, Inc. located at 491 Park Drive in Weirton, West Virginia. The proposed subzone would be subject to the existing activation limit of FTZ No. 240. Public comment on the Application is requested from interested parties. Submissions shall be addressed to the Board’s Executive Secretary and sent to
[email protected].
A copy of the Application and accompanying exhibits will be available for public inspection at the “Reading Room” section of the Board’s Web site, which is accessible via
www.trade.gov/ftz
The closing period for comment is January 27, 2025.
