Notice is hereby given that KINGSTON MINING, INC., P O BOX 69, 622 PACKS BRANCH ROAD, PAX, WV 25904 has submitted an application to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV, 25840 for a significant permit revision to Article 3 permit number U300601 in order to add 1924 acres of underground mining reserve in the Douglas seam of coal.
The revised permit will discharge into Road Branch of/and White Oak Creek, Ewing Fork of Toney Fork, all of Clear Fork of Big Coal River of Coal River; Milburn Creek and Shotgun Hollow of Paint Creek, all of Kanawha River and is located 4.5 miles northwest of Pax, in the Valley and Plateau District of Fayette County, and Clear Fork District of Raleigh County, Longitude 81°18’36” and Latitude 37°57’57”.
