The object of the above entitled action is wrongful occupation of rental property at 910 Walnut Court.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that Angie Hall still occupies residence at 910 Walnut or 11 Walnut after several attempts to serve due to unpaid rent.
It is ordered that Angie Hall do serve upon Magistrate Young, magistrate, whose address is 100 Church Street, Fayetteville, WV 25840, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before 1/06/25, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Angie Hall at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
