SITE PREP
FOR THE
TOWN OF FAYETTEVILLE
FAYETTEVILLE, WEST VIRGINIA
The Town of Fayetteville is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide all work, including but not limited to labor, material, equipment, supplies and transportation for site prep work located at 135 High St. in Fayetteville, West Virginia. Work shall include but not limited to site demolition, grading, and utilities as set forth in the drawings. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting:

All Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Bidding Documents issued by the Town of Fayetteville. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held on January 28, at 2:00 PM at work site- 135 High St. Fayetteville, WV 25840.
Bids are due on February 6, 2025, by 4:00 PM at 125 N. Court St. Fayetteville, WV 25840.
Bids will be publicly opened at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Fayetteville Town Council on February 6, 2025, at 6:00 PM.
Interested contractors should contact Matt Diederich to obtain bidding documents, plan to attend the pre-bid meeting, and submit their bids by the specified deadlines.
