REQUEST FOR BIDS

The City of Welch hereby invites sealed bids for the purchase of a Used Tri-Axle Dump Truck

Specifications for the truck are as follows:

• 17 ½ foot bed
• Diesel
• Manual transmission
• With a pintle hook
• Any additional features or specifications deemed necessary by the City of Welch

All interested and qualified vendors are invited to submit their sealed bids to the City Clerk’s Office no later than 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 30, 2025. Bids received after this time will not be considered.

Bids must be clearly marked “Bid for Used Tri-Axle Dump Truck” and should include the vendor’s name, address, contact person, and phone number.

The City of Welch reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding process. The City also reserves the right to accept the bid that is deemed to be in the best interest of the City, even if it is not the lowest bid.
