SETTLEMENT OF THE ESTATE OF : JOHN JOSEPH MIHALYO, JR., DECEASED
To the Creditors and Beneficiaries of the Estate of John Joseph Mihalyo, Jr.:
The undersigned Fiduciary Commissioner has in the file thereof at the offices of Frankovitch, Anetakis, Simon, Decapio & Pearl, LLP at 337 Penco Road, Weirton, West Virginia 26062, the following account for settlement: Waiver of Final Settlement of John Mihalyo, III, Executor of the Estate of John Joseph Mihalyo, Jr., deceased.
All documents shall be held in the office of the undersigned for ten (10) days from the first date of publication for the examination of the parties interested, and for them to take such action as deemed and warranted.
