ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS WILLIAMSON SHRIVER ARCHITECTS PROJECT 2024-019 The Lewis County Board of Education, Weston, WV will receive bids for Partial HVAC Replacement at Peterson-Central Elementary School until 2:00 p.m., local prevailing time on 13th day of March 2025, at the office of the Lewis County Board of Education, 239 Court Avenue, Weston, WV, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference, for General Construction, has been scheduled for the 27 day of February 2025, at 1:30 p.m., at Peterson-Central Elementary School, 509 Berlin Road, Weston, West Virginia. A site visit will be conducted following the meeting. The contract documents are available only from the architect’s electronic distribution system. Login credentials will be sent to all prospective contractors and subcontractors after the request is made to [email protected]. Addenda will be only distributed electronically from the Architects electronic distribution system to bidders registered in attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting. Each Bidder must be registered with the West Virginia Department of Tax and Revenue prior to the time and date for Receipt of Bids in order for his Bid to be considered. Each Bidder’s registration certificate number shall be written in the space provided on the Form of Proposal. All bidders are required to be licensed to perform work in the State prior to submitting a bid for this project as required by Chapter 21, Article 11, of the Code of West Virginia.
