The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from Hometown Care, CON File #25-10/11-13207-PC, for the provision of personal care services in Hancock, Brooke, Ohio and Marshall Counties in WV. Capital Expenditure $1,500.
Further information regarding the Letter of Intent, including the Certificate of Need application when submitted, is on the Authority’s website at www.hca.wv.gov.
