AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that ICG Beckley, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G10 General Permit Modification for a coal preparation and processing plant located on off Route 3 on Wolf Run Road near Eccles in Raleigh County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: Latitude 37.7713, Longitude -81.2645.
The applicant estimates the increased potential to discharge the following Regulated Air
Pollutants will be:
Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 1st day of April, 2025. Written comments
will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
