LEGAL NOTICE
The Hancock County Commission is soliciting sealed bids for the procurement and installation of a security camera system and panic alarm system for the courthouse and related facilities.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on March 31, 2025, at 1:00 PM in the Hancock County Courthouse, 3rd Floor Commission Chambers . Attendance is required for all prospective bidders. For security purposes, vendors must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) at the pre-bid meeting, at which time they will receive the RFP bid specifications package.
Sealed bids must be submitted no later than April 11, 2025, at 1:00 PM . Hand-delivered submissions must be received by the Hancock County Commission at the Hancock County Courthouse, 3rd Floor Commission Chambers, by April 11, 2025, at 1:00 PM . Bids submitted via FedEx or UPS must be delivered to the Hancock County Commission at 102 North Court Street, New Cumberland, WV 26047, and received by April 11, 2025, at 1:00 PM . All FedEx and UPS deliveries should require signature confirmation upon receipt. At that time, bids will be publicly opened, but no bid will be selected until all bids are reviewed by the Hancock County Commission. Sealed bids should clearly be labeled as:
ATTN: Hancock County Security Camera Bid and/or
ATTN: Hancock County Panic Alarm Bid
The Hancock County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to accept in whole or in part, to add or delete quantities, to rebid if needed, and to reject any bid which deviates from specifications, when in the best interest of Hancock County.
