TO CLOSE AND VACATE
UNUSED STREET IN THE TOWN OF AMIGO BARKERS RIDGE DISTRICT, WYOMING COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA
NOTICE is hereby given that the Wyoming County, West Virginia Commission, will hold a hearing for a request by a property holder in Amigo, Wyoming County West Virginia; to close an alley located in the Whitlock Sub-Division to the Town of Amigo, currently not being used. At the NOTICED Hearing this request will be addressed.
The subject of this request is that the Wyoming County Commission abandon and close a alley that lies wholly between two Lots owned by David and Deborah Ingram in Amigo, Wyoming County, West Virginia, in that said alley is no longer being utilized and had been previously closed or blocked on its other end or outlet. This notice is specifically addressed to the residents of the Whitlock Sub-Division to the Town of Amigo, as this may impact other parts of the alley that may adjoin your real property.
This hearing shall be held at the Chambers of Wyoming County Commission located in the buildings comprising the Wyoming County Courthouse, Bank and Main Street, Pineville WV 24874, on April 2, 2025 at 9:00 AM. Interested parties may appear and be heard at such time.
