Notice is hereby given that PREMIUM ENERGY, LLC, P O BOX 460, 18 CLOVER STREET, BRENTON, WV 24818 has submitted an application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV, 25840 for a Phase 1, 2 and 3 release on Permit Number O301019 issued for 30.04 acres.
The permit is located in Browns Ck/Cente District of Wyoming County, 3.2 miles Southeast (Direction) of Pineville (Nearest PO) on Big Branch, Stanley Fork of Nancy Fork, Unnamed Tributary, Unnamed Tributary of Nancy Fork; Davy Branch of Tug Fork(Primary Receiving Stream) of Indian Creek and Tug Fork of Big Sandy River (Secondary Receiving Stream) of Upper Guyandotte River (Major Drainage Basin).
PREMIUM ENERGY, LLC completed final reclamation on 3/22/2024 (Date) and is requesting release of 100 percent of the reclamation performance bond currently in the amount of $43,400.00.
Written comments will be received at the DEP address above until May 22, 2025, or thirty (30) days from date of final publication.
