REQUEST FOR ENGINEERING/ARCHITECTURAL QUALIFICATIONS
The Wyoming County Commission is in the process of obtaining qualifications from engineering and/or architectural firms. The selected firm(s) will be procured to facilitate a detailed inspection for critical repairs and safety enhancements to the exterior of the Wyoming County Courthouse and Annex, allowing for the identification and mitigation of any other potential hazards.
Professional services for the activity funded include; (1) Construction design in accordance with all State, Federal, and Local regulations that pertain to the proposed project; (2) Preparation of bidding and contracting documents; (3) Participation in the evaluation of bids received; (4) Monitor and inspect construction activities on a periodic basis to insure compliance with plans and specifications; (5) SHPO coordination and compliance; (6) Preparation and delivery of final “As Built” drawings in digital format.
Procurement of said services shall be in accordance with West Virginia Code Chapter 5G and 2 CFR Part 200. Consultants interested in being considered for this project must submit a proposal detailing qualifications, technical expertise, management and staffing capabilities and related prior experience.
Please submit one (1) original, three (3) copies, and one (1) digital format submission of all requested information to the Wyoming County Commission, and one (1) copy, and one (1) email submission to Region I Planning & Development Council, no later than 4:00 p.m. on April 30, 2025:
