ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The above entitled action is a civil suit which is brought on behalf of the Plaintiff, J.P. Morgan Mortgage Acquisition Corp. to requesting an Order from the Court determining that the attachment of the legal description from the Borrower’s vesting deed to the Deed of Trust appearing in Deed of Trust Book 5005 at page 8858 (the “Property”) satisfies the requirement that the Deed of Trust contains a description of the real estate secured by the same and establishes Plaintiff’s lien upon the real estate described therein. The Complaint also requests judicial quieting of the title to the Property described in the Complaint as to any interest that any Unknown Heirs or Beneficiaries of the Estate of Vernita V. Laster, deceased, may have in the Property, the removing of any cloud upon the title which might exist thereon, and for other relief.
And it appearing by an Affidavit filed in this action that the whereabouts of the heirs or beneficiaries of the Estate of Vernita V. Laster are unknown, and that counsel for the Plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain such information without effect. It is therefore ordered that the heirs or beneficiaries of the Estate of Vernita V. Laster, deceased, do serve upon Stephen L. Thompson, Plaintiffs’ attorney, whose mailing address is P. O. Box 129, Charleston, West Virginia, 25321, an answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before May 16, 2025, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against the Defendants at any time thereafter. A copy of said Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
