Invitation to Bid ITB #: 2025-03-02 REBID Kiwanis Day Care Floor Replacement On behalf of the Kiwanis Day Care Center, the City of Huntington West Virginia is soliciting bids from licensed contractors for installing a new floor at the center. The contract for this work will be between the Kiwanis Day Care Center and the chosen contractor. Exact measurements of the floor are to be taken by the vendors and taken during a scheduled appointment. The specifications for the replacement may be found on BidExpress or by contacting Dan Underwood, Purchasing Director, for the City of Huntington at [email protected]. Funding for this project will be coming from Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) funds with a MAXIMUM BUDGET OF $90,000.00. This will require adherence to the Davis Bacon Act and Fair Labor Standards. Contractors will also be required to be registered through SAM/UEI and Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 shall apply. All questions shall be submitted through Bidexpress.com and must be submitted by 2:00 pm local time on April 28th, 2025. City of Huntington will accept bids for providing the roof replacement until 10:00 am on Wednesday April 30th, 2025 on BidExpress.com.
