ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALS Proposals will be received by the West Virginia Parkways Authority via Bid Express for: CONTRACT FD-1-25 PAVEMENT REHABILATION FULL-DEPTH CONCRETE REPAIRS MERCER, RALEIGH, FAYETTE, AND KANAWHA COUNTIES, WEST VIRGINIA PAPER BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND ALL BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY VIA BID EXPRESS. All work under this contract shall be completed by September 26th 2025 with on-call work until June 30th 2026.
