The object of the above entitled action is to obtain a judgment for a debt.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that it appearing by an Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action that due diligence has been used to ascertain the address or whereabouts of Ronnie Pack, and all efforts have been in vain. Therefore it is ordered that Ronnie Pack do serve upon Greg Tanner, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, First Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before May 25th, 2025 @ 2:00 pm, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Ronnie Pack at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
