Suzanne McGraw, Family Court Judge of Raleigh County, West Virginia for the entry of an Order by said Court Guardianship of Braiden Mullens. Any person who has an objection to the change of said name for any reason may appear at the time and place set forth above and shall be heard in opposition to such change.
