ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS WILLIAMSON SHRIVER ARCHITECTS PROJECT 2023-063b The Morgan County Board of Education will receive bids for HVAC Replacement at Widmyer Elementary School until 1:30 p.m., local prevailing time, on May 27, 2025, at the office of the Morgan County Board of Education, 247 Harrison Avenue, Berkeley Springs, WV 25411. At that time and place, all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference, for General Construction, has been scheduled for the 8th day of May, 2025, at 1:30 p.m., at 128 Widmyer Circle, Berkeley Springs, WV 25411. A site visit will be conducted following the meeting. The contract documents are available only from the architect’s electronic distribution system. Login credentials will be sent to all prospective contractors and subcontractors after the request is made to [email protected] Addenda will be only distributed electronically from the Architects electronic distribution system to bidders registered in attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting.
