REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR CPA SERVICES
The Region I Planning and Development Council will receive proposals from CPA firms interested in performing an analysis of rates charged for administrative services for grant and loan funded projects.
Proposals will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. May 23, 2025, and may be emailed to Kim Odle, [email protected], with the subject line: CPA Proposal, Read Receipt Required, or mailed to Jason Roberts, Executive Director, Region I PDC, Attention: Region I PDC CPA Proposal, 241 Mercer Springs Road, Suite 21, Princeton, WV 24740.
Region I PDC receives funds from the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC), Economic Development Administration (EDA), State and Local Governments, as well as from the administration of various Federal and State loan and grant programs.
CPA firms submitting proposals must be registered with the State Purchasing Division to perform auditing and accounting services for the State of West Virginia and local governments.
The Region I Planning and Development Council reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, to waive informalities in any proposal, and to accept other than the lowest cost it deems necessary in the best interest of the Council.
No proposals shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days without the consent of the Council.
