NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vested in the Substitute Trustee, Pill & Pill, PLLC, by that certain Deed of Trust dated October 26, 2015, executed by Borrower, Gail L. Morrow, to McDonnell Law Firm, the Trustee of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Hancock County, West Virginia, in Book 839, at Page 190. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 428 Gaston Rd, Weirton, WV 26062. Pill & Pill, PLLC were appointed as Substitute Trustees by APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE dated April 1, 2025, of record in the Clerk’s Office in Book 905, Page 36. The borrower defaulted under the Note and Deed of Trust and the Substitute Trustees have been instructed to foreclose under the Deed of Trust. Accordingly, the Substitute Trustees will sell the following described property to the highest bidder at the front door of the Courthouse of Hancock County, in New Cumberland, West Virginia, on the following date:

All that certain tract or parcel of land situate in the County of Hancock, District of Butler, State of West Virginia bounded and described as follows: Tract # 4 of Gaston’s First Sub-Division Wylie Ridge and of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Court of Hancock County, West Virginia, in Plat Book 6, Page 13. Including any and all coal, oil, gas, and minerals in and to the underlying tracts of real estate herein quit claimed, released and remised. Being the same property conveyed to Gail L. Morrow by deed of Ronald E. Wypasek dated September 30, 2010 and recorded November 9, 2010 in Book 803 AND Page 2661 in the Land Records of Hancock County, WV.
