PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a hearing on the Petition for Divorce duly filed in the Family Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, seeking that the parties be divorced in the above referenced matter, shall be held before the Honorable Leigh Lefler, Judge of the Family Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in her chambers located at the Raleigh County Judicial Center, 222 Main Street, 2nd Floor, Beckley, West Virginia, on July 1, 2025 at 11:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as this case may be heard.
Further, notice is hereby given that Thomas Dwayne Bennett whereabouts are unknown and the last known whereabouts for Thomas Dwayne Bennett were in Raleigh County, West Virginia, that Thomas Dwayne Bennett may appear and defend any such rights within Thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this notice. If you fail to respond within said Thirty (30) day period, you may not appear or receive further notice of these proceedings.
