IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF WAYNE COUNTY WEST VIRGINIA, Civil Action No.: 25-P-21 IN RE: ESTATE OF HAROLD EUGENE ROBERTSON ORDER OF PUBLICATION Anna M. Price, Esq., having filed an Affidavit pursuant to Rule 4(e) of the West Virginia Rules of Civil Procedure in regard to service of process of the Petition to Appoint Special Commissioner in regards to Respondents Candy Starkey and James Starkey, and after finding the Affidavit complaint with the Rules, the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Wayne County, West Virginia makes the following Order: 1. A legal advertisement shall be published in the Herald-Dispatch, which is a newspaper of general circulation servicing Wayne County, for a period of one (1) week for two consecutive weeks in such newspaper. 2. The legal advertisement shall state the following: a. The legal caption of this case is In Re: Estate of Harold Eugene Robertson, Wayne Co. Civil Action No.: 25-P-21, Judge H. Young, Jr. presiding. b. The object of the above civil action is to have a Special Commissioner appointed to execute a General Warranty Deed confirming the transfer of real estate located in the Spunky Addition to the Town of Wayne, Union District, Wayne County, West Virginia (more particularly described in a deed located in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commissioner of Wayne County, West Virginia in Deed Book 543, at page 288) from the Estate of Kenneth R. Starkey to Charlotte Robertson, the surviving spouse of Harold Eugene Robertson and surviving owner of said real estate. c. The name and address of the Petitioner’s attorney is Anna Price, Jenkins Fenstermaker, PLLC, PO Box 2688, Huntington, WV 25726-2688. d. A copy of the Petition may be obtained from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Wayne County, West Virginia, Wayne County Courthouse, 700 Hendricks Street, Wayne, West Virginia 25570. 3. Respondents Candy Starkey and James Starkey, are to appear and defend on or before May 20, 2025, otherwise judgement by default may be rendered against the Respondents at any time thereafter.
