NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON
TOWN OF PAW PAW
WATER RATE ORDINANCE
A public hearing will be held on June 2, 2025 at 6:00 p.m., prevailing time, on the following ordinance. Any person interested may appear before the Town Council of the Town of Paw Paw (the “Town”) at the Town Hall, Paw Paw Volunteer Fire & Rescue Station, 44 Moser Avenue, Paw Paw, West Virginia, and present any comment or protest thereto. Following which hearing Town Council shall take such action as it shall deem proper. The proposed ordinance is titled:
AN ORDINANCE SETTING FORTH THE RATES, FEES AND CHARGES FOR SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS OF THE WATER SYSTEM OF THE TOWN OF PAW PAW.
The proposed water rate ordinance may be inspected by the public at the Office of the Recorder in the Town Hall, 122 Winchester Street, Paw Paw, West Virginia during regular office hours.
