Request for Proposals for HVAC Preventative Maintenance and Repair at Raleigh County Schools facilities will be received by the Raleigh County Board of Education, 104 Allen Avenue, Beckley, West Virginia, 25801 no later than Thursday, June 26, 2025, at 9:00 am EST.
Neither dating of proposal form nor placing in mail by this date will meet requirements. Documents must be received on or before the date and time stated. Service providers must comply with all requirements and conditions set forth in the document package.

Raleigh County Website at www.boe.rale.k12.wv.us/page/rfp-bids.
A Mandatory Information Meeting is scheduled for:

ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY – all service providers MUST attend the Information Meeting to familiarize themselves with the Project conditions and other relevant information. Should any provider fail to attend, its proposal will be disqualified.
After the scheduled closing time of receipt, no proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days.
Pursuant to Chapter 21 – Article 11 of the “West Virginia Contractor Licensing Act” of 1991, all Contractors doing business in West Virginia must be licensed to perform work in the State; the Contractors W.V. License Number must be affixed to all submitted construction bids and fully executed and binding construction Contracts or Agreements.
