IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LOGAN COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA CIVIL ACTION NO: CC-23-2024-A-18 IN RE: THE ADOPTION OF ISABELLA LYNN BRYANT by ADAM RAY TACKETT and KIMBERLY DAWN TACKETT ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of the above-entitled action is to allow Petitioners herein to adopt Isabella Lynn Bryant, a child eight (8) years of age. And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the last known address of the mother is Deidre Lynn Bryant, is no longer valid and the current address of the mother is currently is unknown to the Petitioners, having unsuccessfully attempted personal service; it is ORDERED that the said Deidre Lynn Bryant, serve upon Robert B. Kuenzel, Petitioners’ attorney, whose address is 36 Adams Street, P.O. Box 607, Chapmanville, West Virginia, 25508-0607, an objection to the Petition for Adoption filed in this action on or before the hearing date below, otherwise said adoption may be granted at any time thereafter. FURTHER, said Deidra Lynn Bryant shall take notice that a Final Adoption Hearing in this matter is scheduled for July 8, 2025 at 11:00 A.M., in the Circuit Court of Logan County, West Virginia, at the Logan County Courthouse, 300 Stratton Street, Logan, West Virginia 25601, before the Honorable Kelly Codispoti, Circuit Judge. A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his/her office. This advertisement is being made in accordance with West Virginia Code 48-22-602 and 59-3-1 and 2.
