The Morgan County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the approval of the Commercial and Industrial Location Permit Ordinance for an upcoming Warm Springs PSD project, that includes a new garage and a generator.

The Morgan County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the waiver approval for slope from the Morgan County Subdivision Ordinance Section 11.2 for an upcoming subdivision of Ridgeline Views LLC.
Applicant: Ridgeline Views LLC
Site Location: Timber Ridge District, Map 19, Parcel 12.3 and 12.4 located at Mauzy Road, Berkeley Springs, WV 25411.
The Morgan County Planning Commission meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at the Morgan County Courthouse Commission Room at 7 p.m.
