REQUEST FOR BID
The Board of Education of the County of Morgan, Berkeley Springs, WV will receive bids for Athletic Fields Maintenance for all schools for the 2025-2026 school year.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at 1:30 p.m., local prevailing time at the Morgan County Board of Education Office, 247 Harrison Avenue, Berkeley Springs, WV 25411. Bidders must notify Holly Palmer, 304-258-2430 ext. 0, of a minimum of one business day prior to the pre-bid meeting of their intent to attend.
Bids are to be submitted in writing by 1:00 p.m. local prevailing time on Friday, July 11, 2025. The bids are to be placed in a sealed envelope, labeled “Athletic Fields Maintenance” and mailed (or otherwise delivered) to Ann Bell, Treasurer/CSBO, Morgan County Board of Education, 247 Harrison Avenue, Berkeley Springs, WV 25411.
The Board of Education of the County of Morgan, West Virginia reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of Bids for at least forty-five (45) days.
