(D.O.B. 1/19/2020), unless you appear and defend your rights by filing a response with the Circuit Clerk of Raleigh County, West Virginia, within 30 days of this advertisement being ran, and by serving said Response upon Patricia DiFranco, counsel for Petitioner, whose address is 115 South Kanawha St., Beckley, WV 25801.

You are further notified that a review hearing will be held on September 22, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at the Raleigh County Judicial Center, 222 Main Street, 3rd Floor, Beckley, West Virginia, before the Honorable Judge Andrew Dimlich. Failure to respond or appear may result in a judgment adverse to your interests.
