REQUEST FOR BIDS – DEMOLITION The Wayne County Commission is seeking sealed bids from licensed contractors to demolish, remove, and properly dispose of all materials from eight (8) private dwellings purchased by the Wayne County Commission through the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program, funded by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the WV Division of Homeland Security & Emergency Management. A pre-bid conference will be held on July 22, 2025 at 10:00 am in Room 103 of the Wayne County Courthouse located at 700 Hendricks Street, Wayne, WV 25570. All interested contractors, or their representatives, must be present to be eligible to bid.
