NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Trustee by that certain deed of trust executed by ARBES PROPERTIES AND LAND DEVELOPMENT, LLC and CHAD ARBES to KERRY E. ADKINS and MICHAEL D. STEPHENS, JR., dated the 22nd day of October, 2020, securing HUNTINGTON FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book No. 2803, at page 66, by which was conveyed to the said Trustees the hereinafter described real estate, to secure the payment of a Cyrtain note set out and described therein, and the owner and holders of said note, in exercise of the right and authority granted in the aforementioned deed of trust, having appointed FLYNN, MAX, MILLER & MILLER, L.
