The Logan County Board of Education, 250 Holly Avenue, Logan, WV 25601, will accept sealed proposals for School-Based Mental Health Professional Services (RFP# SE26-1006) for the 2025/26 school year until 2:00 PM prevailing time on August 11, 2025, at which time the proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. All responses must be submitted as a sealed proposal in an envelope clearly marked with the words “RFP# SE26-1006 – Mental Health Services.” This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with West Virginia Code and WVDE Policy 8200 to ensure fair, open, and competitive procurement. Late bids will not be accepted. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Any addenda to this RFP will be issued in writing. It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure they have received and acknowledged all addenda.
