And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that it appearing by an Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action that due dilligence has been used to ascertain the address or whereabouts of Sharon Poston and all efforts have been in vain. Therefore it is ordered that Sharon Poston do serve upon Timothy Deems, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, First Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before a hearing will be held August 18, 2025 @ 2:00 pm, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Sharon Poston at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
