This day came Charles Nicholas Poe and presented his Complaint setting forth that he is a resident and citizen of Mercer County, West Virginia, and that the Defendant Joseph Michael Atkins et al, Individually and as Agent and Employee of United Cycle is a resident and citizen of Fayette County, West Virginia.
And it appearing to the Court that the Defendant has been a bona fide resident of Fayette County for at least one year prior to the filing of this Complaint, it is ORDERED that the said Complaint has been filed and that notice be published in the Beckley Newspaper, once a week for two successive weeks, setting forth the Complaint herein and that a copy may be obtained at the Office of the Circuit Court Clerk.
