NOTICE
CITY OF MULLENS,
WEST VIRGINIA
NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Mullens, a Municipal Corporation, will hold a hearing for request by a property holder in Mullens, West Virginia, to close a portion of a dead-end city street, currently not being used. At the NOTICED Hearing this request will be addressed.
The subject of the request is that the city abandons and close the dead-end portion of Beech Street, Mullens, West Virginia, in that said dead end portion of the street is no longer utilized and has been abandoned. This notice is specifically addressed to the residents that reside along the intersection of Beech Street and Guyandotte Avenue, as this may impact the street that may adjoin to your real property.
This hearing shall be held in Council Chambers of the City of Mullens, City Hall, 316 Moran Avenue, Mullens, West Virginia, 25882, on August 14, at 6:00 P.M. and again on September 11, at 6:00 P.M. Interested parties may appear and be heard at such time.
