Wilson, Judge, 16th Judicial Circuit, Marion County Courthouse, 219 Adams Street (Third Floor), Fairmont, WV 26554. The object of this action is a Petition for Authorization for the Disposition of a Deceased Human Body. Any objection to said Petition should be served to Ashley Joseph Smith, Esquire, Funkhouser & Smith PLLC, 1708 Locust Avenue, Fairmont, WV 26554, on or before Tuesday, August 19, 2025.

A copy of the Petition for Authorization for the Disposition of a Deceased Human Body can be obtained from Mary A. Allen, Circuit Clerk, Circuit Court of Marion County, Marion County Courthouse, 219 Adams Street, Room 211, Fairmont, WV 26554. Failure to object to said Petition may affect your rights with regards to the Decedent named herein. Failure to respond to this notification may waive further notification of proceedings in the matter.
