To the Creditors and Beneficiaries for the Estate of Edwin L. Saver, Jr.:
The undersigned Fiduciary Commissioner has in the file thereof at Manypenny Raines Law Office, PLLC at 300 Carolina Avenue, Chester, WV 26034, the following account for settlement: Waiver of Final Settlement of Adam Saver and Ashley Saver, Co-Executors for the Estate of Edwin L. Saver, Jr., deceased. All documents shall be held in the office of the undersigned for ten (10) days from the first date of the final publication for the examination of the parties interested, and for them to take such action as deemed and warranted.
