MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING
Wyoming County Emergency Services/911 will have a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting to install gates and fencing at 128 College Drive, Saulsville WV on September 2nd, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. A tour of the property and a pre-bid material form will be provided at the meeting. Attendance at this meeting is required in order to submit a bid.

Sealed bids will be accepted by those who have attended the mandatory pre-bid meeting, in person at 1022 River Road, Pineville WV or by US Mail to Wyoming County Emergency Services/911, PO Box 568, Pineville, WV 24874, until September 16th, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m. during the Wyoming County Commissions Regular meeting on September 17th, 2025.
Wyoming County Commission reserves the right to accept/reject any and all bids.
