PUBLIC NOTICE
The Town of Bath will hold a Public Scoping Meeting to gather input for the Warm Springs Run Watershed Protection Plan on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, from 3:00 to 5:00 at the Morgan County Courthouse. A zoom link is available by contacting [email protected] with subject line Public Participation.
The purpose of the meeting is to receive comments, suggestions and information from residents, property owners, business owners and other stakeholders regarding flooding and stormwater issues in the Warm Springs Run watershed. Information provided will be used to help identify priorities and guide the development of the Watershed Protection Plan.
