NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 9th day of September, 2025, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Joseph G Smith for the purpose of a Conditional Use Permit for a digital billboard on property located at 5372 Robert C Byrd Drive, Mt. Hope, WV, Town District, Tax Map 7001, Parcel 44, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above.
