Sealed Bids for the 2025 Street Paving Project will be received by the Town of Fayetteville, Attention: Matt Diederich/ Street Paving Bid, 125 N. Court Street Fayetteville, WV 25840. Bids must be submitted at Town Hall no later than 4:00 p.m., on Thursday, October 2, 2025. The bids will be opened at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Town Council at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 2, 2025.

•Hamilton Lane (205 W Maple Ave)- 205’ x 18’ (minor milling required)
•Goose Creek Rd- 1600’ x Variable Width
•Old Court St- 1100’ x Variable Width
A bid packet with specifications and paving locations may be picked up at Fayetteville Town Hall, 125 N. Court St. M-F 8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. . The Town encourages the bidder to schedule a meeting with the Town Manager, to discuss each street, prior to submitting a bid.
