The object of the above-entitled action is for violations of the City of Beckley Municipal Code of Ordinances. The Defendant, his/her/its heirs, successors, and/or assigns, are the recorded owner of the subject property. The subject property is identified on tax maps of Raleigh County in the City of Beckley District, on Map 39, as Parcels 00760000 & 00760001, further described as Lots 11 & 12 Block 16 Beckley Court Addition. The property has an address of222 Mills Avenue, Beckley, West Virgina. Being the same property Svetlana Maiolo acquired from Maxine Harbison Trigg, on February 8, 2024, by Deed of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, in Book 5082, at page 8466.
It appearing by Affidavit filed in this action that the location of the Defendants heirs are unknown, or that there may be defendant(s) unknown and Defendant(s) who are nonresidents of the State for whom no agent or appointed or statutory agent or attorney in fact is found in the State upon whom service may be had to plaintiff. It is ORDERED that defendant(s), known and unknown, which may claim any interest in the above-mentioned property, appear before the Municipal Court of the City of Beckley, and Judge Matthew Fragile. It is hereby notified that on the 16th day of October, 2025, at 1:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, the City of Beckley, will appear before the Municipal County of the city of Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia, Judge Fragile, at 169 Industrial Drive, Beckley, West Virginia, for the further proceeding with respect to said violations of the City of Beckley Municipal Code of Ordinances.
A copy of said Complaint and Motions can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at 169 Industrial Drive, Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
