NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 14th day of October, 2025, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Braxton & Sarah Grosse for the purpose of a Conditional Use Permit for a Pole Barn with Power on property located at 327 Sunshine Lane, White Oak, WV, Shady Spring District, Tax Map 2007, Parcel 20, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above.
