The Hancock County Commission will be accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified CPA’s to provide the Hancock County Commission an annual examination in accordance with the standards, requirements, terms, and conditions specified by the WV State Auditor’s Office, Chief Inspector Division’s Procedure Manual for Procuring and Conducting Audits and Reviews of Local Governments. All interested bidders can obtain a bid packet describing the scope of work by contacting the Commission office, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM. Copies can be mailed, faxed, or emailed. Sealed bids may be dropped off at the Commission office or mailed to PO Box 485, New Cumberland, WV 26047, Bids will be accepted until 11:30 AM on Tuesday October 14th, 2025, with a bid opening at 12:00 PM. The Hancock County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids and request new bids at their discretion.
