The object of the above entitled action is to recover possession of the property located at 510 Ewart Avenue, Apt # A0-006, Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia 25801 in that the above named respondent is wrongful occupying such property as tenant(s).
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that it appearing by an Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action that due diligence has been used to ascertain the address or wherabouts of Courtney Spencer and Rommie Baker and all efforts have been in vain. Therefore it is ordered that Courtney Spencer and Rommie Baker do serve upon Greg Tanner, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, First Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before a hearing October 24th, 2025 at 2.00 pm, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Courtney Spencer and Rommie Baker at any time herafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
